You can now shop our site and see your complete order total, including shipping costs, when you check out. Once you submit your order, the total includes shipping and the total cost of items purchased.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from our customer care department listing the tracking number of your order to monitor its progress. You can easily track it through our courier.

- For International shipments, it depends on continent / destination.
- For USA, Reform Studio works with TNT held by Fedex Courier.
- For Worldwide except USA, Reform Studio works with Aramex Courier.
SHIPPING TIME
For Fashion Accessories & Home Accessories: For shipments inside Egypt, we offer deliveries within Cairo and Alexandria cities. Delivery will take from 3-5 working days to arrive. For further assistance, kindly email us at sales.ecommerce@reformstudio.net.
For international shipments, we deliver worldwide with the exception of Syria, Libya, Iran, North Korea & Cuba.
Delivery will take from 7-10 working days to arrive.

For Furniture: When you place an order for furniture, Reform will notify you as soon as possible regarding the availability of the product you ordered and will send you a confirmation email with details of the delivery
Delivery estimated time from the payment day: If Item is in stock our team will be in touch to deliver it within 10-15 working days.
If item is out of stock, our team will be in touch to deliver it within 5-10 weeks.
Reform will deliver your orders to shipping address specified in your order on or before any estimated delivery date, and an email will be sent to you a week before delivery date and the courier service will call you to arrange and confirm delivery date and time.PS: For wooden furniture, because wood is a natural product it is subject to color variations resulting from different growing conditions. Consistency of color cannot be controlled 100% in the manufacturing process.For any remarks in your product, it’s a must to report us within 48hours in order to take the suitable action.

PAYMENTS
For payment currency, we accept payments only in US Dollars & Egyptian Pounds
For debit, credit and prepaid card transactions are processed through Arab African International Bank secure e-payment gateway. This access allows Reform to receive payments from any MasterCard or Visa card.

In submitting your order or pre-order, you agree that this immediately authorizes Reform Studio to debit your card with the order or pre-order payment. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account immediately at the time of your order or pre-order.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
When you request a return, please contact at customercare@reformstudio.net, and specify whether you would like a refund or an exchange within 7 days from the day you received your purchased product.
Items can be returned/exchanged via our courier & the client will be charged with the delivery and customs fees (back and forth). The courier will examine the product before receiving it. Please note the product is at your responsibility one you received it, so please make that the merchandise is in the exact condition in which it was shipped, and kindly make sure that it is packed properly to avoid damage. If the product is damaged we won’t be able to take it back.
Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer
In case of receiving a wrong product, the return shipping is free of charge.
In case you receive your order damaged, the return shipping is free of charge.
Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

REFUNDS
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and custom duties. Once the item is received at Reform Studio warehouse, the cost of the product will be refunded.
You will receive an email from a Reform’s customer care confirming that the order you wish to return has been received and your refund has been processed. Please allow 7 business days from the time we receive the bag for the refund to be processed. Please allow your financial institution up to 14 business days to post the refund to your account.
