WHERE CAN I FIND REFORM PRODUCTS ON GROUND?

Our fashion products are available at Mounaya Gallery in Zamalek & Maison Blanc in Maadi.

Our home accessories are available at Eklego (Zamalek, Heliopolis, Downtown & Northcoast.)

HOW CAN I ORDER ONLINE?

You don’t have to create an account just place your order and check out.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

You can pay with Credit Card through our Website. However, orders placed in Cairo have the option to pay either Cash on delivery or with Credit Card.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS?

We accept Visa cards, MasterCard, Paypal, meanwhile for inside Egypt we accept Cash on Delivery as well, but only for specific regions.

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL CARDS?

Yes, we do accept international and debit cards. All payments are processed through a secured checkout gateway system that is held by “AAIB Bank”.

IS MY PAYMENT SECURE?

CAN I USE PAYPAL TO PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Yes, you can choose to pay for your order either through Paypal or by Credit Card.

WHAT CURRENCIES CAN I PAY IN?

We currently accept payments either in US dollars or Egyptian Pounds. Currencies are displayed by site preference so check the top of your screen to make sure you have selected the right currency.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Reform ships worldwide with the exception of Syria, Libya, Iran, & Cuba.

CAN I TRACK DOWN MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from our customer care department listing the tracking number of your order. You can easily track it through our couriers.

  • United States Courier: TNT held by FedEx.
  • Gulf Area & Europe Courier: Aramex.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

Fashion Accessories & Home Accessories:

For shipments inside Egypt, we offer deliveries within Cairo and Alexandria cities.

Delivery will take from 3-5 working days to arrive.

For further assistance, kindly email us at sales.ecommerce@reformstudio.net.

For international shipments, we deliver worldwide with the exception of Syria, Libya, Iran, North Korea & Cuba.

Delivery will take from 7-10 working days to arrive.

If you cannot find your country at checkout or for further assistance, kindly email us at sales.ecommerce@reformstudio.net.

Furniture:

When you place an order for furniture, Reform will notify you as soon as possible regarding the availability of the product you ordered and will send you a confirmation email with details of the delivery.

Delivery estimated time from the payment day: If Item is in stock our team will be in touch to deliver it within 10-15 working days.

If item is out of stock, our team will be in touch to deliver it within 5-10 weeks.

Reform will deliver your orders to shipping address specified in your order on or before any estimated delivery date, and an email will be sent to you a week before delivery date and the courier service will call you to arrange and confirm delivery date and time.

PS: For wooden furniture, because wood is a natural product it is subject to colour variations resulting from different growing conditions. Consistency of colour cannot be controlled 100% in the manufacturing process.

For any remarks in your product, it’s a must to report us within 48 hours in order to take the suitable action.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

As your order will be prepared to be shipped immediately, you can contact us at cutomercare@reformstudio.net to cancel or change your order, or you can simply reply to the automatic email order confirmation sales.ecommerce@reformstudio.net that you have receive after placing your order.

HOW CAN I GET A RECEIPT OF MY ORDER?

Once you checkout and pay for your order, an electronic receipt will be emailed to you within 1-2 hours of your purchase.

WHY IS THERE A SLIGHT CHANGE I THE FEATURES FROM ONE PRODUCT TO ANOTHER?

Please note that due to the handmade nature of this product, there will always be some variation in color, size and texture.

WHAT ARE YOUR CARE INSTRUCTIONS?

For Fashion Items: Please keep your product in the dust bag after using it and avoid contact with perfumes or any chemical substance.

For Furniture & Home Accessories: For outdoor use it is recommended to place your product under a shade.

HOW CAN I TAKE CARE OF MY BAG AFTER PURCHASING?

As most of Reform’s bags are uniquely produced with 100% high-end genuine leather, one must take a few precautions while using it, here are some post purchase instruction care that will help maintain your bag’s beauty for long time.

Post Purchase Instructions Care:

  1. Store your bag inside the dust bag that comes with it in a cool dry place, preferably in a dark place away from direct sunlight.
  2. Avoid the leather part contact with water, creme, perfume or any chemical substances.
  3. Store the shoulder strap inside the bag.
  4. Some of our bags needs to be stuffed while you’re not using it to keep its shape better.

HOW CAN I CLEAN MY HOME ACCESSORY PRODUCTS?

Cleaning the Rug:

  1. Dab off any excess moisture.
    Gently brush with a soft brush and water.
  2. Dry with a hairdryer to avoid damage.
  3. Brush the remains with a vacuum.

Cleaning the placemat:

  • You can easily wash it in the washing machine at 40 degrees Celsius.
  • As for the rest of our products simply use a wet towel with or without soap and gently rub the stain.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PRODUCT NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED?

If your product needs any type of maintenance, please feel free to email us at customercare@reformstudio.net and of our team will be happy to guide you as soon as possible.

Meanwhile; please keep in mind that repairs may be chargeable under certain conditions.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT ONCE I RECEIVED IT?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Reform Studio. It is our aim to make your experience from purchase through delivery to beyond as seamless and as smooth as we can.

Items can be returned/exchanged via our courier & the client will be charged with the delivery fee. The courier will examine the product before receiving it. Please note the product is at your responsibility one you received it so please make sure it is packed properly to avoid damage. If the product is damaged unfortunately we won’t be able to take it back.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?

Please contact our Customer Service team at customercare@reformstudio.net, and we will help you with a refund or to exchange it for you free of charges.

HOW CAN I ENTER MY DISCOUNT/PROMO CODE?

When you checkout your order, you’ll find a box at the top of the page where you can enter your discount/promo code, and it will automatically be applied to your order value at checkout.
